At EquineAtlas ("we," or "us"), we value the privacy of individuals who use our websites and related services (collectively, our "Services"). • Usage Information: Interactions with our Services, crash reports, and session timing.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to provide and improve our Services, analyze usage patterns, facilitate payments, communicate updates, and ensure the security of our platform.

3. Data Retention and Deletion (App Store & Google Play Compliance)

Data Retention: We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. We may also retain and use your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Account and Data Deletion. In compliance with Apple and Google Play policies, EquineAtlas provides all users with the right to delete their personal data and account at any time.

• In-App Deletion: You may initiate the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data directly within the EquineAtlas mobile app by navigating to Settings >      Account > Delete Account.
• Email Request: You may also request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data by emailing us at support@equineatlas.horse.

Upon receiving a valid deletion request, your personal information and all associated records will be purged from our active Supabasedatabases and storage buckets in accordance with our "Data Purge Integrity" protocols. Please note that certain data may be retained for a limited period in encrypted backups or as required for financial/legal compliance.

4. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers, advertising partners (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft), and as required by law to protect rights and safety.

5. Your Choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails via the provided links and manage cookie preferences through your browser. You can also limit ad tracking via your mobile device settings.

6. Security & Children's Privacy

We use administrative and technical safeguards to protect your data. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
